All That Jazz
A night where music, culture, and community unite for a greater cause
All That Jazz
All That Jazz grew out of Westside Community Center’s long-standing African American Heritage Banquet.
In 2002, a new vision was proposed. Jazz was seen as a natural blending of cultures, and the idea was to rename the banquet All That Jazz and build the evening around live music and shared community.
The committee embraced the idea, and what began as a refreshed banquet quickly became Westside’s premier fundraising event.

For nearly two decades, All That Jazz brought together neighbors, civic leaders, and supporters for an elegant evening filled with live jazz, dinner, and dancing. The event became a space where cultures met, relationships formed, and community purpose took center stage. Proceeds from the evening strengthened Westside programs for youth and families, supporting enrichment, character building, workforce preparation, and summer opportunities that shaped generations across Bartlesville.

The last All That Jazz was held in 2020. After a season of pause, rebuilding, and transition, WCC is honored to bring the event back in 2026 as a cornerstone of our seventy-fifth-anniversary celebration.
The return of All That Jazz is not simply a revival of a beloved tradition. It is a reflection of how legacy continues to move forward with vision.
Today, All That Jazz stands as both a fundraiser and a tribute to WCC’s legacy of opportunity, resilience, and cultural pride. As WCC moves into its next chapter as a multicultural hub that preserves our past, celebrates our present, and shapes our future together, the original vision behind All That Jazz continues to guide its purpose and impact.

Chuck and Jennifer McCauley ATJ Co-Chairs
Chuck McCauley is the long-time leader behind Bartlesville Public Schools, where he has served as superintendent since 2016. During his tenure, the district passed more than $100 million in bonds for facility improvements, expanded STEM and career-pathway programs, and navigated major shifts, including statewide education funding challenges and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Behind the scenes stands Jennifer McCauley, whose steady support has helped anchor Chuck’s decades of service to Bartlesville families, a partnership that lends deep civic and community commitment to All That Jazz.
Together, Chuck and Jennifer bring leadership, community credibility, and a heart for local legacy to the ATJ event.
